digital twin for a manufacturing facility

Battered by rising gas prices, European manufacturers are shifting operations to the U.S. Lower energy prices and recent incentives for manufacturing/green energy have tilted the playing field toward the U.S.

Dutch chemical firm OCI recently announced expansion of an ammonia plant in TX. OCI will make ammonia derived from blue hydrogen, which relies on natural gas, and then capture carbon dioxide from the process. Danish jewelry company Pandora and German-based Volkswagen announced U.S. expansions earlier this year. Tesla is pausing plans to make battery cells in Germany as it looks to qualify for tax credits under the recently signed Inflation Reduction Act.

MOSIMTEC helps manufacturers improve performance with computer simulation/digital twins. For an American multinational specializing in fluoropolymer-derived products, we developed a dynamic simulation model of a planned automated manufacturing unit with multiple workstations to help finalize design. For a top consulting firm and their client, we developed a digital twin for a manufacturing facility and enabled the client to test their strategic plan, short list key initiatives and select Industry 4.0 technologies to invest in. MOSIMTEC can help future-proof your business.
