MOSIMTEC will attend and present at the 2015 Institute of Industrial Engineers (IIE) Annual Conference & Expo to be held in Nashville, TN May 30th – June 2nd. The IIE Annual Conference and Expo is the largest Industrial and Systems Engineering event of the year, combining research and application to provide industry solutions and case studies, as well as discoveries from academia and industry scholars.
Amy Greer, Principal Simulation Engineer at MOSIMTEC, will present “Skills for the Practicing Simulationist” during the Industrial and Systems Engineering Research Conference (ISERC) track. The objective of this presentation will be to aid students in bridging the gap between academic exposure to simulation and a full time, professional simulation position. Ms. Greer’s presentation will be on Sunday, May 31st during the 2:00 – 3:15 pm time block.
Ms. Greer will also be participating in the Professional Engineering (P.E.) exam development session occurring just prior to the conference. The P.E. exam development committee, including Ms. Greer, will be available in the exhibit hall during the IIE conference to answer questions regarding the licensure process. .
