Validated and optimized the layout and operations of a planned Intermodal Container Facility. Goal was to evaluate the facility design for future growth scenarios and optimize key infrastructure decisions, along with analyzing system effects within the yard and to surrounding community.

- Modeled different container sizes, railcar configurations, volume growth scenarios, and container handling equipment.
- Confirmed the designed track capacity is more than sufficient to meet future demand.
